We do our best to ensure that all product details, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up to date. However, prices may be subject to change without notice due to factors such as updates in tax rates, duties, or supplier pricing.
Please note that product colours may vary slightly from what you see online. Due to differences in screens, lighting, and display settings, we can’t guarantee that your device will reflect the exact shade or tone of our products.
Noohn (www.noohn.ca) owns and manages this site and all of its content—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, photography, software, and other media—for the purpose of serving our customers and community. All content is protected and may not be copied, republished, or used without permission.
About Us
Noohn is a Canadian-based beauty brand specializing in high-quality eyelash products designed for everyone, especially Asian eye shapes in mind. Our mission is to celebrate all beauty with products that are inclusive, elevated, and effortless.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Product Information
We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours or textures shown on your screen will match the actual product.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, change or update product information, and modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Product Allergy Disclaimer
Our products are for external use only and are made from high-quality South Korean PBT fibre and are designed for external, cosmetic use only. While rare, some individuals may experience sensitivity or irritation when using false lashes or lash adhesive.
By purchasing from Noohn, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to use the products as directed and perform a wear test if you have any known sensitivities.
Noohn is not responsible for any allergic reactions, irritation, or other adverse effects that may occur from use of our lashes or any third-party lash adhesive. Furthermore, we are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper application, storage, or removal of lashes. If you experience any discomfort, redness, swelling, or irritation while wearing Noohn lashes, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including suspected fraud or stock limitations.
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept payments through secure third-party processors which can include Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and others.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada and select international countries. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected method. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or custom fees.
Returns & Refunds
At Noohn, we take pride in our premium, cruelty-free, reusable false eyelashes. To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, all lash purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please Note:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any false lashes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely satisfied. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of deliver at support@noohn.ca with:
- Subject Line: Return/Refund [Your order number]
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your case and provide a replacement or solution where appropriate.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Site - including logos, product names, images, videos, designs, and written content - is the property of Noohn and is protected under Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any part of the Site without our written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Site for fraudulent or misleading purposes
- Interfere with the Site's functionality or security
- Copy, distribute, or resell our content without consent
Disclaimer of Warranties
