When will I receive my order? 

Orders shipped within Canada typically take 5–10 business days via Canada Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location (e.g. province or territory).

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details. If you don’t receive these emails within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@noohn.ca.

What's your refund policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@noohn.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’re committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and product integrity for our Noohn community. Thank you for understanding.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No problem—we get it! Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel, please email support@noohn.ca. After 12 hours, we begin processing and will be unable to accept cancellations.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary by province or state. You can view the exact rate at checkout after entering your shipping details.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. For U.S. customers, please note that duties, tariffs, or customs fees may apply upon delivery. As a small business, we are not responsible for these additional costs and appreciate your understanding.
